Note: Address updates for settlement administration purposes cannot be taken over the phone. To update your address, you may email or mail your request to the Settlement Administrator. Please be sure to include the case name, Talcott Premium Tax Settlement, your full name, current mailing address, and previous mailing address for verification purposes.
Updating your address for settlement administration purposes will not update the address of record for your policy. If you wish to update your address of record on your policy, separate and apart from this Settlement, please contact Customer Service for your policy at 1-800-243-5433.
